For those who might have missed this discussion on the old list. There is
a good mercator projection (used for spherical image mapping) located on
Aminet.
earth.lha pix/misc 485K+B&W & Color mercator projection of the earth.
Just ftp to wuarchive.wustl.edu, or any other Aminet mirror.
